How we invest in sale and leaseback

Sale and leaseback investors

Redstone can structure sale and leaseback arrangements for offices, hotels, car parks, agricultural land, non-core infrastructure, TMT infrastructure and many other types of individual assets or portfolios. We invest from €35m to €2bn. We normally seek a long-term lease of 15 years and can do so for up to 99 years.

 

We work with most types of business in offices, retail, industrial, warehouse, manufacturing or commercial developments.
